HealthFit Yoga Immersion Day
“We’ll fill your cup so you can fill others”
Whether you live in Wellington or the Wairarapa we’ve teamed up with Lisa Oakley, a highly experienced yoga teacher to give you the opportunity to retreat from the busyness of life and join us for a nourishing afternoon of soothing Yin Yoga poses, guided meditations and a sprinkling of Mindfulness.
You will be invited to drop out of the mind and go within and to take some well deserved time out for yourself. Join us for an opportunity to rest, reset and fill your cup. We’ll explore practices that can help us to bounce back during challenging times. This will be offered through a variety of techniques including:
Mindfulness, Meditation and Yoga where you will be gently guided through practical exercises to help manage the challenges of daily life, benefiting you and all those you are around. Regular practice of these techniques helps us to develop mental resilience & provides us with self-managing techniques that help us to develop many well documented positive behaviours:
- Reducing Stress & Anxiety
- Increasing Attention & Focus
- Increasing Self-Awareness
- Improving Sleep Patterns
- Cultivating Compassion, Acceptance & Kindness
We’ll finish this afternoon of self-care with tea and bliss balls, spaces will be limited to 12 people to ensure an intimate experience. Suitable for all levels, and beginners are most welcome.
