HealthFit Kid's Academy
“Give your child the tools that we never had.”
We’ve developed an 8-wk programme to help kids (Ages: 8-12 yrs) become strong, and confident and build a foundation of athletic skills with which they feel ready to tackle what life throws at them. Help your child gain the knowledge to grow and develop their bodies, avoid injuries, and flourish in the future at sports.

- HealthFit Martinborough: Thurs 19th October 3:30 pm
We cover 8 components (in a weekly 1-hour group session) that are key for young athletes and future healthy humans. Our qualified expert coaches will use fun games, exercises, and challenges focusing on:
- Injury prevention
- Fitness
- Balance
- Joint Mobility
- Co-ordination
- Power
- Agility
- Speed
- Reaction time

We’ve also included:
- Functional testing - elements to detect any ‘red flags’ that will be key to avoid future injury or pain so that your child gets the best chance at developing properly.
- Awards - that reward ‘effort’, ‘confidence’, “support for others”, as well as “top performers.”
We only have space for 10 children at each gym and spots will be given on a ‘first-come-first-serve basis’ so if you think you want to give your child this opportunity then register as soon as you can and we’ll be in touch with further details.
